With the prospect of Trick or Treat looming large at the end of the month, we’re really impressed with the Halloween fashion pieces appearing in the collections.
And if you’re fed up with buying fancy dress bits and pieces for the kids that don’t fit, or itch, or fall to bits as soon as they put them on, one option is to spend a bit more on some of great fiendishly spooky clothing that can be worn again and again. After all, kids love monsters and ghouls all year round.
We particularly like these pieces for the little boys – although I do think that all of them work just as well for girls too, especially with bright leggings or skirts and tights.
First up is a sneak peak of a brand new Aussie brand, Alphabet Soup which has just landed in the UK. Stocked exclusively in the UK at Five Boys Clothing, the ‘Join My Fang Club’ tee is perfect for want to be draculas (or girls obsessed with Adventure Time’s Marceline the Vampire Queen like our fluxling #1)! Whilst die hard batman fans will go mad for the glow in the dark effect of the bat t-shirt.
We’re also really impressed with this ‘Day of the Dead’ sweater by Fluxlings favourite, Tootsa MacGinty. A lovely, cosy knit for Autumn, the vibrant Mexican inspired skull features a hidden zip which hides a cheeky red tongue. Perfect to stash favourite Halloween loot, and of course, cause hysterics amongst friends.
All available at www.fiveboysclothing.com. Alphabet Soup tees are available in sizes 5 to 12. Tootsa MacGinty ‘Day of the Dead’ sweater comes in sizes 5 to 8.
