Star51 is all about traditional British style, and this season the London based label has added its first boys’ fashion pieces to their collection just in time for Christmas. We are offering a fluxlings reader the chance to win their choice of Star51 pieces for boys up to £120! Read on to find out more.
With their gorgeous premium fashion collections, Star51 launched in 2011 and is certainly a rising star on the kids fashion scene. The keywords here are premium, vintage and British. All the pieces are made in the UK using British material and craftsmanship. And the result is quintessential British fashion for kids.
These are exciting times for Star51. AW15 sees their first boys’ pieces, all named after biblical characters like Daniel, Luke and Elijah, and the announcement of a partnership with House of Fraser. Star51 co‐founder, Banayioda Theodorou said, ‘Since launching Star51 it has always been our intention to source, design and make our designs here in the United Kingdom. The clothes reflect a quintessential British brand and we are extremely excited to distribute our garments that are made here in London, to the rest of the world via House of Fraser.’
The boy’s collection continues the label’s signature classic, mid-nineteenth century inspired shapes. Corduroy bibbed dungarees, jeans with crossover braces, cowl necked knits and tanks with beefeater embroidery are stars of the collection. Colours are navy, wine, charcoal, and dove grey all in 100 lamb’s wool or fine cotton.
